Please note that GraphCut Matlab wrapper is not included for copyright reasons and needs to be downloaded and installed separately. Note that the last version of GraphCut Matlab wrapper unfortunately stoped working with our code due to a change in the interface. The fix is easy, instead of GraphCut( 'open', Dc, Sc ) you have to say GraphCut( 'open', single(Dc-min(Dc(:))), Sc ). This will be fixed in the future edition of the book.
